The accolade celebrates Orion’s unique Community Participation Framework, birthed at the Prieska Copper-Zinc Mine (PCZM) in South Africa. Ambitious goals have been set: 50% local employment, 30% goods and services procurement, and 40% subcontracting options for the native communities.
